As a community-based, not-for-profit hospice, Treasure Coast Hospice has guided patients and their families through their most difficult stages of life, providing extraordinary, quality end-of-life care to our community since 1982. Patients receive hospice care, mostly in their own homes or nursing facilities.  For those who require a higher level of care, Treasure Coast Hospice offers inpatient care at two eight-bed facilities in Martin County and a 16-bed facility in St. Lucie County.

In addition to caring for pediatric and adult hospice patients, Treasure Coast Hospice Grief Support acts as the primary grief services provider in our community, offering bereavement counseling to adults, children, families, schools, and the community at large. More than 7,300 people are touched by our services each year, transforming lives at the most vulnerable times.

If a loved one of yours has benefited from Treasure Coast Hospice’s family of services, consider honoring them while supporting our mission with a meaningful planned gift. The Treasure Coast Hospice Foundation encourages legacy gifts to support our partnership with patients, families and the community to enable well-being through extraordinary care, specialized services and life-enhancing education.

Your thoughtful gift will be a lasting tribute to your loved one and make a difference in the lives of many others who Treasure Coast Hospice serves.
